Payout Match Pro
The free Payout Match page pairs payouts from Stripe, PayPal, Paystack and Flutterwave with your bank statement and lists the exceptions. Pro adds the part that saves bookkeeping time: balanced journal entries for the matched payouts.
What you get
- One HTML file that runs offline in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.
- Everything in the free page: matching by payout ID in the bank text, or by amount and date window, FX with rates you enter, and an exceptions list for unmatched payouts, amount differences, refunds, chargebacks and unexplained bank credits.
- A journal entries CSV with one balanced journal per matched payout: bank deposit, fees, refunds, chargebacks, gross sales to a clearing account and an FX or rounding line. Columns are Journal No, Journal Date, Account Name, Description, Debits, Credits, the fields QuickBooks Online asks for when you import journal entries. You name your own accounts.

What it does not do
- It does not connect to Stripe, PayPal, Paystack, Flutterwave, your bank or QuickBooks. You export the reports and import the CSV yourself.
- One payout matches one bank credit. Batched or split deposits show as exceptions.
- PayPal journals cover the withdrawal only. Paystack and Flutterwave exports have user chosen columns, so you confirm the column mapping.
